Sudbury Town Hall is conveniently located right in the Town Centre (Next to the Church), with ample free car parking nearby, on Market Hill. The venue is also only a short walk along Gaol Lane or North Street from the North Street car park, where parking is also free.

The Town Hall is situated in the heart of Sudbury and combines the best of both worlds. It provides modern facilities in a traditional setting. Built in 1828, it is a splendid venue and creates a sense of "Special Occasion"

Sudbury is a Medieval town in Suffolk that that dates back to the Saxons. It grew out of the cloth trade and has a wealth of historic buildings including fine medieval churches. It is best known as the birthplace of the artist, Thomas Gainsborough. The Georgian house in which he was born is now a museum. It contains a valuable collection of the artist's work and some of his possessions. A statue of the artist is located in the centre of the town.
